Hi! I’m Lisa! I have a heart for people and the many challenges and experiences we all face. I believe humor and empathy are important components of the collaborative therapeutic relationship and I feel passionate about helping people find and use their own voice.
I view challenging times as opportunities for people to grow into new strengths, insights and to fulfill their potential. Emotional pain and life stressors are inevitable as we walk through life. Whatever your experience is or has been, you can find a safe place to heal and grow here! Together we can learn to navigate through life’s challenges. It is my belief that individuals who are willing to challenge and explore their thoughts and behavior patterns experience more peace within themselves and their relationships. My areas of clinical focus are all trauma-informed. They include evidence-based counseling techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical and Pastoral Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary and have 15 years of experience, including extensive experience with troubled youth, depression, anxiety, and trauma-related issues. |

Diagnostic Assessment (60minutes) - $ 200
Individual Session (50mins) - $150

OSU Insurance (staff & student)
I offer super bills to be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement. Reimbursements depend on your out of network coverage.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT:
I accept most major credit cards (e.g. American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa).
I also accept cash or check. In addition to these common payments,
I also can accept payment via Health Savings Accounts. Please inquire with any questions.
All payments are due at time of service.
